Labyrinth Hot Stone Massage – 60 minutes…$100
Warm, oiled basalt stones combined with harmonizing massage strokes balance the energy system and relieve tension. Stones placed in special spots on the body calm and relax the mind and nervous system.

Deep Relief Massage – 50 minutes…$70
A firm, slow pressure is used to affect underlying muscles and may include pressure point, myofascial and cross-fiber techniques to release tension in specific areas.

Athletic Massage – 50 minutes…$70  or  80 minutes…$90
This massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons of active bodies. Swedish techniques, range of motion, and trigger point therapy are utilized to stimulate circulation and break down adhesion’s in the muscles. Good for optimal performance, recovery after the big event, or functioning well during training.

Breathe Deeply – 50 minutes…$70
This massage is focused on the opening of airways by applying techniques that aid breathing and airflow.  Specific pure essential oils are applied for further healing. Relieve asthma, allergies, colds, or anxiety. Take a deep breath and relax.

Couples Massage – 50 minutes…$150
Entreat your friend, family member, or a special someone by sharing the gift of massage therapy at the same time.  Begins with reflexology techniques that flow into a relaxation massage, and ends with a gentle scalp massage.

Fire Cupping- 50 minutes…$70
This ancient Chinese form of alternative medicine is a treatment where a cotton ball dipped in 50% alcohol is lit and the cotton ball is then introduced inside of the cup for a brief second. The cup is then placed on the skin. As a small vacuum has been created by the cooling of the hot air and gases inside the cup, the skin is gently drawn up into the cup creating a seal. Because oil has been previously applied, the cups can be moved around the body.
